REGULATORY REPORTING

Increasing regulatory obligations have placed significant pressure on financial services organisations to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant reporting while managing operational complexity and controlling costs. As regulation continues to evolve, many organisations are adopting outsourced compliance solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and reduce regulatory risk.

Global Investment Reporting (GIR) is an independent specialist in regulatory reporting, investment compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity governance. We deliver comprehensive outsourced reporting solutions that help financial institutions meet their statutory obligations while reducing the risk of regulatory penalties, operational disruption, financial loss, and reputational damage

Our proprietary reporting platforms, integrated market data, automated validation processes, and structured breach management framework enable us to deliver high-quality regulatory reports with minimal effort from our clients. We not only identify compliance breaches but also analyse their root causes, assess business impact, and provide practical remediation strategies that support continuous improvement.

By partnering with GIR, organisations gain access to specialist expertise, proven methodologies, and innovative technology that allows management to focus on strategic growth while we manage the complexities of regulatory compliance.

REGULATORY CONSULTING

Effective compliance is built on more than simply meeting legislative requirements—it requires a thorough understanding of governance principles, regulatory intent, and organisational risk.

GIR provides independent regulatory consulting services that help financial institutions evaluate, strengthen, and continuously improve their compliance and governance frameworks. Our consultants assess policies, procedures, operational controls, and governance practices against applicable legislation and industry best practice, including Regulation 28, Prudential Standards, Conduct Standards, and other financial sector regulations.

Using a structured assessment methodology and balanced scorecard approach, we identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement. Our recommendations include practical action plans, clearly defined responsibilities, implementation timelines, and measurable outcomes to support ongoing compliance and regulatory readiness.

Our independent assessments provide Boards, Trustees, Executive Management, Regulators, Auditors, and Risk Committees with confidence that regulatory obligations are being effectively managed and governance standards are continuously improving.
